| Travel insurance is strongly advised for all Expedition Members. It should provide cover against theft, personal accident, personal liability, medical expenses, repatriation, rescue (inc. helicopter rescue). The Expedition organizers shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur, including, but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle or any other form of conveyance, the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying an expedition member, acts of god, detention, delays of expenses arising from quarantine, strike, theft, force major, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, accident by aircraft, boat, motor vehicle or any other from for transport, or in any hotel, guest house, pension or any other form of accommodation.
The Expedition member understands that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of illness in remote places without medical facilities and the forces of nature. The expedition organizers shall not be held responsible for personal injury, death, illness or the delay of the expedition member or any subsequent loss or damages to the expedition member during the course of the trip, howsoever caused, whether occurring in the country of the itinerary or elsewhere. The Expedition organizers reserve the right to cancel the expedition before departure. In such case, full refund of all payments will construe full settlement with the expedition member. Expedition members agree to accept the authority of the group leader or authorized guide. Expedition members detained as the group leader or guide may exclude the result of infringement of any law or regulation of any country from the expedition without any right to refund or any other claim.
VISAS: - Clients are responsible for the own visa and this should be valid for the duration of the entire trip. Clients Expedition Tibet side require a valid Tibet visa; Ramdung "Go" Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. Will secure a Tibetan permit from Kathmandu.
PHOTOGRAPHS: - Two passport photographs are required for your trekking permit in Kathmandu. For clients traveling to Tibet we require a total of 6 passport photographs.
PAYMENT: - All to be made payable to Ramdung "Go" Treks & Expedition's. Deposit to be paid at least 2 months before the departure date 30% of the deposit is refundable up to 3 week before the start of the trip, which is also the date by which the remainder of the money must be paid in full. Thereafter no money is to be refunded except on cancellation of the trip by Ramdung "Go" Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd, in which case repayment will be made in full.
