EXPEDITION IN TIBET |

Everest Expedition |
Even
though the highest mountain in the world
has been conquered many times in this
forty-six year since the first conquest.
Everest is still as inexplicable, beguiling
and magnificent as ever. Standing incredibly
tall silhouetted against the shared sky
of Nepal and Tibet, this mountain has
many names: Chomolungma, Sagarmatha,
Qomolungma or Mt. Everest. Whichever
name one chooses, its vagueness still
lives on. Sir E. Hillary & TenzingS
Norgay first climbed it in 1953..... |

Ama Dablam Expedition |
Mt.
Ama Dablam expedition has long been considered
the prettiest mountain in the world.
High on her Southwest face hangs a glacier
resembling a 'Dablam' - the sacred ornament
box worn by ladies in the Sherpa community.
It was this spectacular feature that
got her the name "Ama Dablam".
She lies alongside Everest in the heart
of the Khumbu valley offering a superb
climb up a spectacular ridge. The route
we follow begins at Lukla (2850m) and
the initial days of the trek..... |

Cho-Oyu Expedition |
The
Nangpa La is the key to an historic trading
route still used illicitly today to bring
wood from the Khumbu forests of Nepal
to build houses on the barren plains
of Tibet. Mountaineers driving south
from Tingri toward this pass en route
Cho-Oyu or in more recent years the Rongshar
Chu and the challenge of menlungtse (7181m),
will be taken by the scale of this deep
divide in the Himalayan. Tingri (4350m)
where we spend further two nights acclimatizing.....

Shishapangma Expedition |
 Shishapangma
is one of the lovely mountain of Tibet,
which lies in its Autonomous Region of
the Peoples Republic of China. Only very
few people in the world have an idea
about the Shishapangma before Chinese
opened Tibet to the western summiteers
in 1978 A.D. The Tibetans regard it as
the holy mountain. It is the youngest
among fourteen mountains above 8000m.
That lies in high Himalayan ranges. The
North West Ridge (normal route) to Shishapangma
takes us up easy angled snow slopes... |

border and the culminating high point
at its eastern end is Dhaulagiri l. The
